Fastest growing hardware business in Europe takes place in new office
Growth ambitions make the fifth move of Avanca International  since 2008 required

Avanca International, winner of the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA award is moved to the new center of The Hague: New Binckhorst. The rapid growth of the specialist in the field of mobile lifestyle accessories made the move necessary. It is the fifth time since its founding in 2008, the company picks up the boxes. The new headquarters, with a total area of over 2,500m2 of office and warehouse is the basis for the growing workforce and expanding Avanca worldwide.

“Our new facility will help us continue to achieve our international growth,” said Tim Haaksma, founder and owner of Avanca International. “Over the past four years, our revenue grew by 5045%. This goes on one hand accompanied by an expansion of the workforce, which now consists of 30 people. On the other hand requires the increasing demand for our products, a substantial expansion of the warehouse. “The product range of Avanca International consists of an average of 800 products.

Avanca International focuses in 2016 on a further expansion of (international) commerce and product development. That last thing includes the new hardware brand Ockel, which was launched last year. Ockel pulled in 4.5 months 400,000 dollars via crowd funding to develop a Windows 10 pocket PC.

The new office of Avanca is located at Wegastraat 33-35 in The Hague. The area is centrally located in one of the largest cities in the Netherlands; just steps away from the center and nearby two large railway stations (Den Haag Central and Holland Spoor) and major highways, such as the A12 motorway.
